First we establish what it is specifically we are working on and the main emotions, body sensations and thoughts you have about that. And take a SUD's rating.

Step 2: Tap

We start tapping the points whilst saying specifically targeted words or phrases for a minimum of 3 rounds. Then a deep breath.

Step 3: Re-Establish

Check what has changed, and what hasn't. Redo SUD's and repeat from step 2. By tapping into your body's energy system, EFT unlocks your inner harmony, paving the way for emotional freedom and a heightened sense of well-being that radiates through every facet of your life.
