The Map Method trains the subconscious mind to find the root cause of a phobia or fear.

  • Needles
  • Flying
  • Public speaking
  • Spiders
  • Heights

Through a series of questions and commands, your brain processes and rewires, a quick way to rid yourself of blocks and open up to receive and accept what life is offering you now. It can also help you with:

  • Grief
  • PTSD
  • Anger
  • Flashbacks
  • Relationships
  • Career
  • Money issues
  • Goal achievement
  • Change of life
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Trauma
  • Complex trauma
  • Bullying

The method here is that the subconscious mind can be the healer for the whole mind. That by giving a thought as a command to your brain, the brain can rewire itself. By observing the thoughts, and through a numbered feedback process, our brain can process and then shift its thoughts permanently.

What a Map MethodTM session with me looks like

Step 1

We prime the brain by having a discussion around how the brain works, our different parts how they are formed and the roles of the Conscious mind, unconscious mind and Super Conscious mind or Wisdom as I like to call it.

Step 2

We have a discussion involving what you would like to work on, all the thoughts, feelings, memories etc attached to the issue and take a SUD's rating.

Step 3

I muscle test the most appropriate command for you to easily release the emotional 'sting' and memory and then command your SuperConscious to do exactly that – release it.

Step 4

We chat about anything that might have popped into your awareness whilst in Step 3. Recheck SUD's. The point is to end with a SUD's of 0 or1.

Step 5

We keep going, repeating from Step 2 until you reach a place of 'completeness' or peace.

For some it is huge, while others experience a more subtle feeling.

Remember: the ‘shift’ required is determined by the situation or belief and will be different every time you use it.

What you can expect after a Map MethodTM session

The most common response I have from clients is that they feel ‘lighter.’

It's hard to explain what 'lighter' feels like, as we are so immune to our current reality and the 'heaviness' of emotions we carry around with us daily. So, you need to fully experience the shift from an energy of 'heaviness' to one of 'lightness' to fully understand it. The point is, you do feel 'lighter' once you are back in balance.

Others may just feel 'different'. They can't quite put their finger on it, but they just feel different.

This is because limiting beliefs are transformed into positive beliefs. Traumatic events are reduced to neutral behaviours, and habits are unwound.

You'll also find yourself responding differently to situations. But ... here's the thing. It's not magic. Life still happens. So, you'll still get bills, or upsetting situations, and life is still life, but you will find you are responding to things differently.

For example, you might still get angry; but it won't last as long. You won't ruminate over it for days or weeks or even longer like you used to. You'll just sort of 'drop it' a couple of hours later and forget about it.
